"Let me start off with the punch line of this review... based on my experience dealing with Steve Kries and his staff, I have become and will continue to be a LIFETIME State Farm Insurance customer for my home, car and personal liability policies. When my policies were first transferred to Steve from my previous agent, he set up an appointment to meet with me to review my coverages. During that meeting he made some practical suggestions on how to reconfigure my policies so that I had better coverages at less cost. I know that the State Farm commercials are all over this concept of "bundling", but I have to say, it works! At the end of the meeting, I walked away with better coverage and less cost. However, the real star of the Steve Kreis show is his office staff, and Lynn in particular. Recently I lost my Toyota 4Runner in flooding from Hurricane Helene. Where other insurance companies send you to a phone queue to make a claim, you spend hours on hold, and end up fighting over the settlement, with the Kreis agency, it took only one call with Lynn to explain the situation and get the claims process moving. Within minutes I was working with her to arrange a claims adjuster/valuator to examine the car, and within a couple days had what I felt was a very fair claim settlement proposal. From there, they arranged to have the car towed, and once I accepted the value and sent in the title, the claim was processed. Lynn's real value came through when claims processing slowed down (which is no surprise given the number of vehicles totaled as a result of Hurricane Helene and Milton). After one call to Lynn, she stepped in, contacted the claims department directly, and successfully got things moving. Within 24 hours of my call to her, I had the insurance settlement directly deposited into my bank account. Now THAT'S personalized service you don't get anywhere else! Thank you Lynn for all of your help!"
